Sportsman of the Year in Mecklenburg Vorpommern

Oh man, I´m really! surprised! I could win, after I had already won the 2008 poll, the athletes of the award from the SVZ (a german local newspaper), won the poll for the year 2011. I would like to thank all who have supported me and gave me their votes. It was a hair's breadth, because at about 16 500 votes, I won with 55 votes ahead, albeit succinct, but won. I am totally overwhelmed and am really happy.

Moreover, I am fully in the preparations for the new season. My fitness program, I reel off every day and my machines are brought into shape. In early March, it goes to UK, because I will race by Shane Parkers farewall in Sheffield. I was very pleased that Shane has asked me if I want to start because the line up is terrific.
